Our principal brings over 15 years of world-class construction management experience — from pre-construction planning through final delivery — across industrial, commercial, medical, and mixed-use sectors.

With two decades of world-class construction management experience, Farid has led complex industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across North America. As a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, he brings expertise in structural engineering design, construction management, pre-construction, cost estimating, project controls, and owner representation. His hands-on approach and deep industry relationships set the standard for everything Empower Management Group delivers.
Amir Sabri
Vice President
Ph.D., P.E., P.Eng
Amir brings extensive structural engineering and project management experience across infrastructure, utility, bridge, transportation, and building projects. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including engineering design, technical review, quality control, contract administration, and construction support. He holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of Ottawa and professional engineering licenses in Nevada and Ontario, Canada.

Sophie is an architect and seasoned project management professional with over 15 years of experience bringing projects from concept to completion.
